HOW TO RETURN
At 7seekers, we strive to ensure all customers receive their orders in excellent condition.
If you encounter any issues, please review our return guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- Item is damaged upon arrival
- Item is defective
- Wrong item was sent
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original sealed condition
- The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel
- Proof (photos/videos) must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products opened during livestream sessions
- Any opened or tampered sealed products
- Change of mind purchases
- Minor packaging imperfections (e.g., small dents or shrink wrap wear)
Due to the nature of trading card products, pull rates and card outcomes are random and not grounds for return.
3. Return Process

- Provide your order number and issue details
- Attach clear photos or videos as proof
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
Do not send items back without prior approval, as they may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover return shipping costs
- Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
5. Inspection & Resolution
Once we receive your returned item:
- We will inspect the item within 3–5 business days
- If approved, we will offer:
- Replacement (if available), or
- Refund to the original payment method
6. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will typically be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
7. Important Notes
- All livestream sales are final once opened
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy
- Customers are advised to record unboxing upon receiving parcels for proof purposes
