POINT EXCHANGE POLICY

At 7seekers, we reward our community through a points system earned primarily during livestream sessions. These points can be used to redeem products or participate in special exchange events.

1. Earning Points

Points are earned through livestream participation, promotions, or purchases (if applicable)
The method and rate of earning points may vary and will be announced during livestreams or promotions
7seekers reserves the right to modify point-earning mechanisms at any time

2. Using Points

Points may be used for:

Redeeming selected Pokémon or other products
Exchanging for entries into special draw events (e.g., chances to win PSA 10 graded cards or other items)

All exchanges are subject to availability and specific event terms.

3. Exchange Events & Chance-Based Rewards

Certain point exchanges grant entries into random draw events
Winning outcomes are based on chance and are not guaranteed
By participating, you acknowledge that results are random and final
No refunds or point reversals will be given once points are used for entries
This points system is intended solely for promotional and entertainment purposes and does not constitute gambling

4. No Monetary Value

Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
Points are non-transferable between accounts
Points cannot be sold, traded, or exchanged outside the 7seekers platform

5. Expiry of Points

Points may have an expiry period, which will be communicated where applicable. Expired points will not be reinstated.

6. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts
7seekers is not responsible for lost or misused points due to unauthorized access

7. Abuse & Misuse

7seekers reserves the right to:

Revoke points obtained through fraudulent or abusive behavior
Suspend or terminate accounts found violating the system

8. Modification & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the points system or any part of it at any time without prior notice.

9. Final Decision

All decisions made by 7seekers regarding points, exchanges, and event outcomes are final.
