At 7seekers, we aim to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all customers, whether you purchase sealed products or participate in our livestream sessions.
1. Shipping Partner
We primarily use SPX (Shopee Express Malaysia) as our logistics partner. All orders will be shipped with tracking provided once dispatched.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- For livestream orders, processing begins after the livestream session has ended.
3. Delivery Time
- West Malaysia: Estimated 1–3 business days
- East Malaysia: Estimated 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or peak periods.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
5. Livestream Orders
- Cards pulled during livestream will be securely packed after the session.
- Customers may choose to:
- Ship immediately after the session, or
- Combine multiple livestream orders into one shipment
- We recommend shipping within a reasonable timeframe to avoid storage issues.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or your account dashboard.
7. Failed Delivery & Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- 7seekers is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos.
- We will assist in filing a claim with the courier where applicable.
- 7seekers is not liable for delays, loss, or damages caused by third-party courier services, but we will provide reasonable assistance.
9. Risk of Loss
All items become the responsibility of the customer once they have been handed over to the courier.
